Following your free consultation, we can submit a request for an Invisalign® ClinCheck, which will determine the number of clear aligners required to complete your treatment.
How to Get Started:
Your first appointment will consist of a consultation with either Dr. Gary Lazer or Dr. Thatiana Salomão. During this appointment, the dentist will examine your teeth to confirm your eligibility for treatment and perform a 3D scan using the latest iTero technology. This technology will show you what your teeth could look like at the end of the treatment.
If you decide to proceed, the next step is to take an OPG X-ray to check the roots of your teeth and their positioning. We will also take both extraoral and intraoral photos. All the information collected in the first and second appointments is then sent to Invisalign® to create your treatment plan.
Once we receive the information back from Invisalign®, we will meet with you to ensure you are happy with the plan, answer any further questions, and make revisions as needed. This completes the planning process, and we can then send off for the aligners to be made.
Once we receive the aligners from Invisalign®, you will attend the clinic to be fitted with your first set of aligners and receive care and usage instructions.
